Wnion Wood Lodge is a beautiful, detached Scandinavian style wooden bungalow that sleeps up to 4 people. We can accept two well behaved dogs (more may be accepted upon enquiry). It has recently been fully modernised and redecorated. This is not a lodge on a holiday park, and this is reflected in the very calm, peaceful surroundings - the first thing you will notice is how quiet it is. A spacious and comfortable property - this is more than just a place to stay, you will feel you have returned home.

Enfys is our stylish, one bedroom apartment located in the centre of Dolgellau in South Snowdonia. Deceivingly spacious due to clever layout and design, this bijou apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Perfect for couples who want a romantic getaway into the heart of Snowdonia where they can be active outdoors, but enjoy restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance on an evening.

Our beautiful, two bedroom apartment Seren has been renovated and modernised to a high standard. Located in the very centre of Dolgellau, you are minutes away from beaches, mountain biking and more. Our stylish and very well equipped home is the ideal base for couples or friends who want to escape to the Welsh mountains but appreciate cafes, restaurants, pubs and more within walking distance.

The perfect location for your holiday
Dolgellau is surprisingly easy to reach, given how peaceful the location is, which means that it's handy for exploring the sights and attractions of Snowdonia. With local walks on the doorsteps including the scenic Torrent Walk footpath that follows the Clywedog River through a gorge and a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, and local trails leading to the peak of Cader Idris, another SSSI and a designated Special Area of Conservation. The famous Mawddach Trail runs between Dolgellau and the gorgeous Mawddach Estuary and sandy beaches at Barmouth. The 9.5-mile route is suitable for both walkers and cyclists. Mountain biking is another popular activity with guests having easy access to world-class trails at Coed-y-Brenin and Dyfi Bike Park. For those wanting to see low flying jets coursing through the valleys we are ideally placed to the Mach Loop.

Local attractions include Portmeirion's colourful and decorative buildings, Zip World Slate Cavern and Zip World Fforest. Slightly further but still only around an hour's drive are the Silver Mountain Experience, the lovely Victorian seaside resort of Aberystwyth, and the heritage Vale of Rheidol Railway. When you stay at one of our properties you can have a holiday full of activities and adventure or relaxing days spent walking along the coast and around the grounds of stately homes.

Clean, comfortable and all equipment required for an enjoyable stay. Even had a parking permit for the local long stay carpark which was a very nice touch. Very convenient location for restaurants and pubs to eat and drink after a long day walking in the mountains. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay at Eldon Square. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The town and surrounding area were lovely to explore with great walks and views, and delicious cafes in town. The hosts were quick to respond to any concerns or questions.
